New portable charger for me and my wife

The portable charger I bought recently online has a real bad quality although it is much cheaper than what is sold outside. I guess the saying "How much you pay is how much you get" holds truth to this charger I had.

First it is faulty, it can't be fully charged and the capacity (12000mAh) seems to be fake. It can only charge my mobile phone 1.5 time max, sometimes only half of it. And it doesn't have enough juice to even charge my 7" tablet with its 2A USB output.

Finally, I think the seller doesn't care after the unit is sold since it really took a long time for him to get back on the issue. I had tried repairing it myself but it works well for a short time then it becomes faulty again. And I give up. So I decided to get something better in quality.

The is a Harvey Norman sale at the expo and I got both portable charger which I think is a pretty good deal on it. Lastly, I hope it is good. Below is the pics:
